SERVİCE POINTS
Artı Marin supplies service to all its brands all around Turkish coasts. In order to improve the avilability, first contact for service requests shall be made directly to Arti Marin. All warranty requests MUST be forwarded first to Arti Marin Electric. Warranty procedures may vary at different brands.
All Mastervolt equipments, such as Battery chargers, Inverters, Combi's, Converters etc does include highly sophisticated electronic components. Service points can assemble or dismantle the units, but not repair Mastervolt products. NO service points has authorisation to service inside the cabinets. Arti Marin is NOT responsible for any repair job performed by any service point without its approval.
In order to make an applicaiton for warranty procedures, Arti Marin shall demand the copy of the original invoice. Arti Marin shall bear no responsibility for warranty for products that are imported illegally or purchased from unauthorised sales points.
